Creating Partnerships with CCSPA in the Youth Savings Banking Programs

Under development is an ongoing Youth Savings Banking Banking Program. We are hoping with the help of a local bank to be a center piece for savings, banking and financial education programs in local schools. Financial Literacy and Education is paramount especially for all our youth entering the consumer world. However this education is good for all segments. Money Smart For Older Adults was distributed at the 2019 Kwanzaa Children's Festival.

Ages Will Vary/ Teachers on Staff From A Variety of Financial Segments of Our Community

Several current and retired teachers will be staffing the summer camp. All staff will have the proper background checks! Local schools from K to 12th grade is a good starting place for learning personal finance for students and teachers alike. You will know where your children are, in a safe, growing place that will assist them as they go forward in life!
